For over 20 years I have been the art director and graphic designer on 17 plus youth soccer association publications, both print and digital. I was not only a working designer but within the second year was the production department manager. In that role, I lead a staff of 2 other designers and was responsible for setting the production schedules for 8 plus publications with multiple issues per year.
